HomeAuction aggregates publicly available information about foreclosure, trustee-sale, bank-owned, and off-market real estate opportunities, and provides tools to research and organize them. Real estate brokerage services are provided by Andrew Georgitsis, California DRE #02266192, and VIP Realty California, PC, California DRE #02332719 ("Broker"). HomeAuction is not the auctioneer or foreclosure trustee for third-party auctions.
Auction dates, opening bids, values, equity estimates, occupancy, liens, and status are estimates compiled from third-party and public sources, may be inaccurate or out of date, and can change or be postponed or cancelled at any time. Nothing on the Service is a guarantee. You are solely responsible for independently verifying every material fact — including title, liens, and sale terms — directly with the trustee and appropriate professionals before bidding or transacting.
Content on the Service, including the knowledge base, is general information and is not legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. Consult your own attorney, CPA, and licensed professionals.
Foreclosure and trustee sales are sold as-is, without warranty of title, and typically require certified funds with no financing, inspection, or appraisal contingencies. Some liens may survive a foreclosure sale. You assume all risk of any purchase.
If you list a property, you enter a separate listing and representation agreement with Broker, including consent to dual agency and the applicable fee, presented to you before you list. You represent that you own or are authorized to sell the property.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of information you provide. You may delete your account at any time in the app.
By providing your phone number and/or by interacting with our communications — including clicking a link in an email from us — you consent to receive recurring marketing and informational text messages (SMS/MMS) from HomeAuction and our affiliated brands (Sell My Home Market, PeekHaus, FindARealtor, and SoCal Realty & Investments) at the number provided, including messages sent by autodialer. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. We will not text you until you have taken one of the actions above.
